Amala is a popular Nigerian food from the southwest, made from dried yam flour. Amala is commonly eaten with Abula. Abula is ewedu ( jute leaf),gbegiri (made from Nigerian honey beans) and stew. This popular Nigerian meal is made with different meats, including goat, chicken and beef and also fish. Abula is commonly made in Bukas.
